The US Congress was able to get its act together enough to reopen the government and to kick the proverbial can to the next "closure" date of January 15th and deficit rollover date of February 7th.
Mark Zolotov has a BA in History and German and an MA in Comparative Literature from SUNY Binghamton. He also has an International MBA from Thunderbird and spent the next 30 years in various management roles in investment banking for American, French and Japanese banks.
